• Gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Voucher is in a digital form, no physical voucher will be mailed
• Gift voucher is valid for a single transaction only (either online shopping or in-person appointment.
• Gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• Gift vouchers can be combined, but cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or packages.
• Gift voucher will not be reissued or refunded if the voucher code is lost, stolen, shared, or misused.
• Gift voucher is valid only for products and services from A Gentleman’s Tale.

How the Gift Voucher Works:

Purchase

• Customers can purchase a gift voucher online for their loved ones.
• At checkout, they can schedule the voucher to be sent directly to the recipient on a chosen date, along with a personalised message.

Validity

• Each voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• The expiry date will be clearly stated in the email sent to the purchaser or recipient.

Redemption Options

The recipient can use the voucher to:

• Shop online for our ready-to-wear collection, or
• Redeem it in person during an appointment at A Gentleman’s Tale.

How to Redeem

• For online purchases, enter the voucher code at checkout.
• For in-person appointments, present the voucher email or code at the store.
• Once the voucher is redeemed in-store, it will be deactivated in our system (via Shopify) to prevent reuse.

Combining Vouchers and Offers

• Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or packages.

Unused Balance

• If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
• No cash, credits, or refunds will be given for any unused portion of the voucher.
